At one point or the other, we all struggle with some weight gain and how to lose it. We can all agree that dieting, for the long-term and sticking to it is quite difficult. Talk less of exercising for the long-term, phew! That’s certainly an unrealistic one.

Aside the fact that we often lack the will power to do exercises and stick to them for the long-term, not everybody has the time and even the energy to engage in exercising. Not everybody is physically strong enough to work out. But then, there’s always the need to lose that weight.
